Dinner,
Japanese Style
End your perfect day day with a perfect meal. Japanese chef Michiko
will amaze and delight you with her
traditional yet creative appetizers, entrees and desserts. Savor
the flavors that have made ToKai-Tei, her family's restaurant in
Honshu a favorite for over one hundred and twenty years. Try the
Unagi kabayaki that was the emperor Taisho's favorite in the
1920's and 1930's. If you're a sushi lover, you'll absolutely
love what she has for you. Click

Breakfast,
Country Style
Can you really enjoy your adventure in the countryside
without a great breakfast under your belt? We don't think so
either. So we get you started with a real country breakfast.
Fresh eggs...you'll never get them this fluffy or yellow in the
supermarket...home fries cooked the old fashioned way, either
ham or maple cured sausage or bacon, pancakes or French toasts
or fresh cooked yeast batter waffles and of course pure maple syrup made locally.
Lots of fresh fruits to finish. A breakfast to make a farmer
smile. Now you're good to go. |

Old
Town Farm Barbecue
From early Spring to late fall, come up and
savor our unique barbecue. Cooked the old fashioned way in a
real wood fired smoker but with our own twist of South and
Central Asian spices, our pulled pork and ribs are the stuff of
legend. |
